I am amazed that you can go for the lengths of time that you do and still keep it most interesting and informative. As a former university professor who enjoyed consistently high student ratings, I am confident that I know great teaching when I observe it, and you certainly fall into that category. We are equally amazed at how patient you have been with all of us who might have a problem in one area or another. The system of support classes that you offer are critical to a student's success, and the costs and time you incur in allowing students an unlimited amount of support (as well as taking the original training again) really make the course an outstanding value!
